Information we collect
When you use a form on this site, we may collect name, company, email, phone, the type of request (procurement support, operational improvement, or urgent / AOG), the details you type, and any file you attach. Urgent requests may include part numbers, descriptions, quantities, required-by dates, program or equipment names, delivery locations, and certification notes.
If analytics is enabled, the site may also collect standard usage data such as pages viewed, referring source, and approximate location derived from IP address.
How we use it
We use this information to route your inquiry to the right BTS path, respond to you, and — where you have asked us to act — to perform procurement or sourcing work. We do not sell your information.
Sharing
We may share information with the people and systems needed to respond to a request, including email, hosting, form, analytics, or CRM providers acting on our behalf. We may also share information if required by law.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to handle the request and to maintain a responsible business record. The site is served over HTTPS in production. No method of transmission is completely secure, so please avoid sending information you would not include in a normal supplier or customer email.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete inquiry data we hold, subject to records we must keep for a live or completed engagement. Use the contact form for privacy requests until a public business email is listed on this site.
